How to prevent skype from auto-startup - the Skype auto start problem

At last I found a solution to stop skype from loading automatically as soon as the system is started. Skype always used to automatically load as soon as I started my system. This has been happening right since I installed the skype almost two years back. I’ve always tried to may prevent skype by un-clicking on the “start skype when computer starts” option. But now I found a registry protection tool called spybotSD which prevents any changes to the registry without your permission.

Whenever any application tries to play with any registry entry on its own, this simple utility called spybotSD alerts you of such activity. It then asks for your permission to allow the application to make such a change in the windows registry. With that if you allow it to do that, it will, or else you are protected!

I believe Skype automatically adds itself for restart at the next windows restart specifically to increase the overall skype usage among the community of skype users out there.
